Role Overview

The team supports young people aged 10-18 over a 7-day rota, providing support when families and young people need us most. Key activities include:

  1. Working with young people to reduce exploitation risks through 1:1 sessions.
  2. Supporting families to recognize and reduce risks.
  3. Collaborating with agencies to strengthen family networks for sustainable change.
  4. Capturing children and young people's voices to inform service development.
Person Specification
  • Own vehicle access is required.
  • Ability to work part of a weekend rota.
  • Effective workload management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and partnership-building ability.
  • Passionate, flexible, and committed to high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and confidence to respond appropriately.
