Job summary

South London-based Family Support Worker role provides practical, emotional, and advocacy support to children, young people and families. You will assess needs, develop support plans, and collaborate with schools, health, housing, and social services to ensure families receive appropriate support.

Job Description

The Family Support Worker provides practical, emotional, and advocacy support to children, young people, and families to help improve their wellbeing, strengthen family relationships, and promote positive outcomes. The role involves working directly with families, assessing needs, developing support plans, and collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure families receive appropriate support.
