Arch Resourcing Ltd in London is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to help high‑risk families in Croydon. The role is permanent and full‑time with flexibility for late shifts and occasional weekend work, offering a starting salary of £28,808 per annum plus overtime opportunities.

The successful candidate will assess and implement placement plans to promote parenting skills and provide residential family‑based support.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Must have worked with families inclusive of parental skill improvement.

Family Support Worker

Type: Permanent, full time (Flexibility needed for late shifts and occassional weekend work)

Salary: £28,808 per annum

Family Support Worker will work closely with families, assessing and implementing placement plans to promote, strengthen and develop parenting skills
