We are seeking to appoint Family Support Workers across our Childrens Social Care teams to help us deliver our vision for children and families. As a Family Support Worker, you will collaborate with Social Workers and multi-agency partners to support children, young people, and families, helping them achieve their outcomes. You should have a good understanding of the challenges facing these groups, experience in partnership and direct work, and excellent communication skills. Training in the Signs of Safety model will be provided.
