Vitalis is recruiting for an Outreach Family Support Worker to work in an Early Help Team in Liverpool. The Liverpool Early Help service uses a strength-based approach to provide empowering interventions to children and families, addressing emerging worries and fostering positive change to improve long-term outcomes for children and young people.

The role involves coordinating support with multi-agency partners to ensure a whole-family approach, undertaking early help assessments, creating support plans, and chairing team-around-the-family meetings to review progress and identify additional support needs. You will work directly with children and young people to explore their views and worries, ensuring that interventions are effective in improving their outcomes.
