Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

Liverpool Early Help utilizes a strength-based approach to provide empowering interventions to children and families, helping to address emerging worries and improve long-term outcomes for children and young people. As the lead professional, you will coordinate support with our multi-agency partners to ensure a whole-family approach is taken to meet the identified needs.

We are looking to recruit an Outreach Family Support Worker to undertake early help assessments with families, create support plans, and chair team around the family meetings to review progress and identify additional support needs. The role involves direct work with children and young people to explore their views and worries, ensuring that plans and interventions effectively improve their outcomes.
