Job summary

Chadwick Nott – South West and South Wales is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its Cheltenham team. The role covers divorce, financial remedy matters, private children law issues, and cohabitation disputes, with a focus on privately funded work.

You will manage your own caseload with supervision, delivering excellent client care and maintaining professional, commercially aware client relationships. The firm offers hybrid and flexible working and strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years' PQE in family law.
• Experience managing own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across family matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle cohabitation disputes and related family issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

• Empathetic, professional and commercially aware approach
• Well organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
