Senior / Associate Family Solicitor
Location: Gloucester or Stroud

We're looking for an experienced Family Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join a respected and expanding legal practice with a long-standing reputation in Gloucestershire. This is a key position within the Family team, offering a mix of interesting work, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to the department's continued growth.

The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of private family matters including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial settlements
  • Private law children matters
  • Cohabitation issues and disputes


What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor with at least 4-5 years' solid experience in family law
  • Confident managing your own caseload and undertaking your own advocacy
  • Comfortable advising on finances, children, and relationship breakdowns
  • Resolution membership (or working toward it) is desirable
  • A clear communicator with strong organisational skills
