Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Family Solicitor in Cheltenham to join a respected South West firm. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children cases.

You will work within a supportive Family team, benefiting from autonomy, high-quality work, and opportunities for progression in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Around 2–4 years' PQE in family law.
• Experience managing your own caseload with supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Empathetic, professional and commercially aware approach.
• Well organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Enthusiastic team player with an interest in business development.
