Family Solicitor - North Somerset (3+ PQE)

Location: North Somerset (Flexible & Hybrid)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time

Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a respected regional law firm in their search for a talented and committed Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their North Somerset office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit and high-performing team delivering exceptional family law services across the region.

The Role

This role offers exposure to a wide range of privately funded family law matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on divorce and financial settlements
  • Handling cohabitation disputes and child arrangement matters
  • Drafting nuptial agreements and protective orders
  • Managing a full caseload independently, including conducting own advocacy
  • Supporting team collaboration and contributing to firm-wide growth
  • Networking and business development to enhance professional profile

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a family solicitor with:

  • 3+ years PQE in family law
  • Strong working knowledge of privately funded family matters
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complex cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage in networking

Working Arrangements
