Northumberland County Council is seeking a Family Hub Coordinator to cover the South East locality. The position is full-time (37 hours) and focuses on delivering play-based activities and providing direct support to families, children and parents across hubs, community and outreach settings.

You will work with partners to deliver non-clinical support, including routines, infant feeding and emotional wellbeing, aiming to improve outcomes for children and families.

Formación

• Experience of working with families.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality play experiences within hubs, in the community and outreach settings.
• Provide direct individual and group support to children, young people and parents/carers.
• Offer non-clinical support to new and expectant parents, including routines, infant feeding and emotional wellbeing.
• Work with partners to improve outcomes for children and families.
