Job summary

Norfolk County Council’s Family Hub in Kings Lynn is seeking an Early Help Coordinator to join the Communities and Partnerships Team on a permanent contract. You will work with the Team Manager to assess risk, coordinate the EH Adviser workload, and collaborate with education, health, district councils and voluntary groups to align pathways for families.

You will triage cases, lead discussions, allocate work, and contact families and partner agencies, modelling best practice in case management

Qualifications

• Experience with triaging cases and coordinating support for families.
• Ability to review information, assess risk, and plan responses with the team.
• Strong liaison skills to work with education, health, councils and voluntary groups.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to families and partner agencies; model good practice.
