Wiltshire Council is seeking a Family help lead practitioner to support vulnerable children and families in Wiltshire. You will manage your own caseload from assessment to planning, coordinating multi-agency responses, and delivering targeted interventions to strengthen family resilience.

The role requires NVQ Level 4 or equivalent, a strong understanding of child protection policies, and a commitment to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

• Manage your own caseload from assessment to planning and provide support interventions
• Coordinate a multi-agency response and support Social Work Colleagues on CP and CIN
