University of Bath is seeking a proactive Placements Coordinator to connect students with placement opportunities nationwide and beyond. You will manage a diverse portfolio, collaborate with academic departments and external organisations, and support students throughout the placement journey.

Salary Starting from £31,236, rising to £37,694
Are you passionate about helping students succeed while building strong partnerships with employers? Join our Faculty of Science Placements Team and play a pivotal role in connecting students with placement opportunities across the UK and internationally.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will build on and manage a portfolio of placement opportunities, work closely with academic departments, and build relationships with organisations across industry, commerce and the public sector. You will support students through every stage of the placement journey, from developing employability skills and securing opportunities to monitoring their progress and celebrating their achievements.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and highly skilled communicator, preferably with some background in one of our disciplines, who can confidently engage with students, academics and senior external stakeholders. You will be adept at managing multiple priorities, solving problems, delivering presentations and fostering collaborative relationships. Experience of employer engagement, higher education or student support would be highly advantageous.
