Join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient administration of the Faculty of Engineering & Design's taught degree programmes. Working closely with both professional services and academic colleagues, you'll help ensure an excellent experience for our students.
As part of a small, collaborative team, flexibility and teamwork are key. Your primary focus will be on assessment-related processes throughout the academic and student lifecycle, but you'll also provide day-to-day administrative support for teaching, assessment, and student data management.

Experience in the use of university-specific software (e.g. Moodle, SAMIS/SITS, Business Objects and PowerBI) is desirable, though not essential, since training will be provided. Most important is an interest in our work, a willingness to become fully involved in both team business, and the life of the faculty and its departments.
This is a full-time (36.5 hours per week) role. We are currently operating a hybrid work model, so there would be the opportunity to work from home if desired, with a three day per week minimum on campus requirement. One of the on-campus working days must be a Wednesday.
