We are seeking an organised and proactive Faculty Executive Coordinator to join the Faculty of Engineering & Design on a fixed-term maternity cover appointment, starting in December 2026 or January 2027.
Working at the heart of the Faculty, you will provide high-level support to the Dean, Deputy Dean, Associate Deans, Director of Operations and wider Executive team. You will coordinate priorities, meetings and activities, enabling senior leaders to deliver strategic objectives. The role also supports international partnerships, collaboration and global engagement, offering exposure to Faculty leadership and the opportunity to contribute to work with colleagues across the University and beyond.
You will be an organised, adaptable professional with experience providing senior-level administrative or executive support in a busy environment. You will manage competing priorities confidently, use sound judgement, handle confidential information discreetly and build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the University.
