Job summary

EMEA3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Faculty Operations Manager to lead a faculty-based admin team within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. You will work closely with the Assistant Faculty Operations Manager to deliver a high-quality service to academic staff, students and stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the student experience.

You will drive continuous process improvement, support workload and resource planning, monitor budgets and contribute to quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of administrators in a higher education setting.
• Ability to interpret complex information and support academic services.
• Strong communication and time-management skills for multi-project delivery.
