The Best Connection is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities on-site in a busy production environment. You will oversee the shop floor, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and ensure production targets are met.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Factory Supervisor to join a well established manufacturing business serving the UK industrial and institutional market. This is a hands on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, and driving operational performance.

Working closely with the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours

47.5 hours per week

• Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
