The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our established manufacturing operation serving the UK market. This hands-on leadership role on the shop floor is about driving performance, safety, quality and efficiency.

You will supervise production staff, coordinate with production plans, use MRP instructions, uphold health and safety, and strive for continuous improvement.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Factory Supervisor to join a well established manufacturing business serving the UK industrial and institutional market. This is a hands on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, and driving operational performance.

Working closely with the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Working Hours

47.5 hours per week

• Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
