Job summary

Ashton Recruitment Ltd. seeks a friendly Receptionist for a busy factory site in Belfast. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivery drivers, engineers and contractors, helping to keep arrivals and day-to-day site activity organised.

This 30-hour-per-week role pays £15 per hour with a rota between 7:00am and 7:00pm, offering a temporary-to-permanent pathway. Start date is in the first week of October, with initial work from the gatehouse before moving to the new reception area.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist, customer service or administration.
• Organised, approachable and professional with good IT skills.
• Screening: AccessNI and BPSS checks required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, drivers, engineers and contractors to the site.
• Register arrivals and follow site access procedures.
• Direct deliveries and visitors to the right people or areas.
• Answer calls and respond to enquiries.
• Handle post, parcels and delivery paperwork.
• Keep accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Follow site security and health and safety procedures.
