Job summary

Greencore Group in Spalding is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage the factory floor, lead teams and ensure on-time delivery of products across three facilities and a distribution centre. You will oversee start-up procedures, manage staff planning, monitor quality and productivity, and collaborate with other functions to meet daily production plans, safety and hygiene standards.

This permanent role offers site-based working hours 06:00–18:00 and a benefits package including

• Experience in a production or section management role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge and experience of continuous improvement.
• A solid understanding of retailer expectations and how we meet them.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all factory activities and staff.
• Oversee start-up procedures and shift handovers.
• Monitor quality, throughput and staffing levels.
• Audit daily technical paperwork.
