Job summary

Greencore Northampton is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive HSE compliance, oversee daily production, and develop a high-performing team across multiple manufacturing units. You will monitor quality standards, implement improvements, and coach staff to sustain productivity and efficiency within a busy site.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in lean manufacturing and food safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• Clear communication across all levels and accurate reporting.
• Ability to lead and guide a team independently.
• Experience in managing and motivating a diverse workforce in FMCG.
• Strong problem-solving using lean principles to drive improvements.
• Experience with lean manufacturing to resolve production issues.
