Job summary

Greencore in Spalding is seeking a Section Leader for the Deli Blue Days shift to lead and coordinate all factory activities, ensuring on-time production, quality and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or section management role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of retailer expectations and how we meet them.
• Ability to lead and engage a factory team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities within the factory and organize staff.
• Oversee start-up procedures and handovers to the next shift.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance to meet service levels.
• Lead daily reviews, safety and quality conversations and handovers.
• Identify improvement opportunities from productivity data and implement changes.
