Serco, recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT), seeks a Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy leisure facility in Oxford. You will ensure safe, welcoming and high-performing services while supporting growth and excellent customer experiences.
Working with the General Manager, you’ll coach Duty Managers, drive continuous improvement using performance data, and help create healthier, happier futures for the community.
Location: Ferry Leisure Centre, Oxford, OX2 7DP
Salary: £32,870.95 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week, 3-week rota, Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 2pm or 2pm to 10.30pm, Weekends (1 in 3) 7.30am to 6.30pm

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help drive growth, innovation and excellent customer experiences, while supporting colleagues to develop and thrive. Your work will have purpose - helping to create healthier, happier futures for the people who use the facility every day.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
