Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead delivery of facilities management services across a corporate environment in London. You will be the primary point of contact for site operations, managing facilities services, supplier relationships, budgets, and stakeholder engagement while leading and developing high‑performing teams.

The role covers strategic leadership, health and safety compliance, and financial management, with a focus on workplace experience

Formación

• Previous Facilities Management experience within a corporate or commercial environment.
• Experience managing facilities teams and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on financial performance.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and deliver high service standards.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver facilities management services, ensuring resilience, consistency, and continuity of operations.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements, process improvements, and cost optimisation.
• Act as the main operational contact for key stakeholders.
• Drive workplace experience initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Oversee integrated service delivery, including facilities, hospitality, catering, and events where applicable.
• Ensure all building services operate efficiently and in line with business requirements.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support workplace transformation projects and operational changes as required.
• Ensure effective management of work orders, building systems, and operational reporting.
• Promote a strong health, safety, security, and environmental culture.
