Job summary

The Fidelis Partnership invites applications for a Facilities Manager & Workplace Experience Lead to run facilities across UK offices, starting in London. The role reports to the Group Head of Facilities and acts as SME for facilities issues, coordinating with the Grace Hall Facilities Manager and Group Reception.

You will manage HSSE processes, drive service levels, maintain security and drive a top-tier employee and guest experience while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Facilities Manager or senior facilities role.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive with detail orientation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities team across UK offices and ensure high service standards.
• Maintain HSSE compliance, incident reporting and safety records.
• Manage front-of-house operations and guest experience.
• Oversee supplier contracts, budgets, SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Group Reception Manager to deliver exceptional service.
