Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Training Coordinator to coordinate and deliver training across security, car park, cleaning, catering, portering, linen and logistics, and postal services. The role supports both directly employed and contracted staff within a 24-hour healthcare environment.

You will provide practical, classroom and online learning, maintain records, and work with subject matter experts to keep content aligned with policy and service

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 standard or equivalent. (A/I)
• GCSE 4/C or above in English and maths (A/I)
• Recognised training/teaching qualification; or willingness to obtain
• Experience with training delivery in healthcare or facilities context (A/I)
• Experience maintaining training records and reporting (A/I)
• Knowledge of NHS training standards and health and safety (A/I)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training across Facilities Services (Security, Car Park, Cleaning, Catering, Portering, Linen, Postal).
• Maintain training records and monitor completion; provide reports to managers.
• Work with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and policy alignment.
• Deliver induction and mandatory training; manage learning in multiple formats.
