Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training across Facilities Services (Security, Car Park and Access, Cleaning, Catering, Portering, Linen, Logistics, Postal).
• Provide induction and mandatory trainings for staff and contractors.
• Maintain training records, monitor completion, and report gaps to managers.
• Work with subject matter experts to keep content aligned with policy and service standards.
• Support training needs for clinical teams and other Trust colleagues as appropriate.
