Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Training Coordinator to coordinate and deliver training across all Facilities Services functions, including Security, Car Park and Access, Cleaning, Catering, Portering, Linen and Logistics, and Postal Services.

The postholder will provide practical learning through classroom, online, and on-the-job methods, maintain training records, identify gaps, and work with subject matter experts to ensure content remains accurate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training across all Facilities Services functions (Security; Car Park and Access; Cleaning; Catering; Portering; Linen and Logistics; Postal Services).
• Provide consistent, practical, role-appropriate learning through classroom, online, workplace-based and practical methods.
• Maintain accurate training and competency records, monitor completion, identify gaps and report to managers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational leads to keep content aligned with Trust policy and 24-hour healthcare needs.
