We are looking for a Facilities Technician for our new Belfast facility. This role is crucial for our growth and maintaining our core ethos of keeping the customer at the center of everything we do.

Summary:

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, key duties include:

• Maintaining and operating heating plant and equipment.
• Logging and addressing faults in MHE equipment.
• Maintaining switch and plant rooms.
• Supporting water management maintenance.
• Assisting with HVAC systems maintenance.
• Maintaining access control systems.
• Using power tools for fitting, plumbing, and joinery tasks.
• Performing general facilities maintenance, including fixtures, fittings, and unblocking sinks.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
• Completing checklists in the CMMS system.
• Tracking and closing faults and works in the CMMS.
• Maintaining records for regulatory compliance.
• Supervising external service providers.
• Supporting facilities maintenance at other sites.
• Providing out-of-hours support.
• Collaborating with other departments.
• Responding to emergency incidents as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' post-apprentice experience in a similar role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills and/or qualifications.
• Strong awareness of Quality, Health, and Safety standards.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance, HVAC, MHE.
• Fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility with shifts and travel.
• Valid driving license.
