Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Evesham is looking for a Facilities Team Leader who will drive day-to-day site operations, lead a facilities team and ensure reliable maintenance and service delivery.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, support health and safety requirements, and maintain records, budgets, and service levels while promoting a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or similar operational leadership.
• Strong leadership and team coordination with ability to motivate others.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety practices and risk assessment.
• Experience managing contractors and overseeing maintenance to completion.
• Excellent organisational skills with prioritisation ability.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Competent IT skills for records and facilities systems.
• Relevant qualification in facilities management or related discipline.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of compliance and statutory maintenance for commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities team activities to ensure efficient site operations.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, logging, prioritising and resolving issues.
• Support health and safety compliance and site procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships to required standards and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records for maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and resource planning for facilities activities.
• Ensure services meet agreed service levels and respond to site needs.
• Promote a positive safety culture and enforce safe systems of work.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance reliability, efficiency and customer experience.
