Job summary

Winsearch is seeking a Facilities & Projects Manager in Northwich to oversee the safe, compliant operation of site facilities and to drive infrastructure projects. You will manage contractors, coordinate RAMS/permit-to-work, and lead maintenance programs, with a strong focus on safety, cost control and collaboration with the Operations Director and the on-site customer.

Qualifications

• Background in facilities management or property management.
• Experience coordinating contractors and overseeing project delivery.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the manufacturing facility and ensure infrastructure is maintained.
• Lead facility projects from concept to completion and manage contractor delivery.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes.
• Manage RAMS and permit-to-work systems; coordinate statutory inspections.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenditure on utilities, maintenance and services.
• Collaborate with Operations Director and on-site customer within shared facility arrangements.
