Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Evesham is looking for a Facilities Team Leader who will drive day-to-day site operations, lead a facilities team and ensure reliable maintenance and service delivery.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, support health and safety requirements, and maintain records, budgets, and service levels while promoting a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or similar operational leadership.
• Strong leadership and team coordination with ability to motivate others.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety practices and risk assessment.
• Experience managing contractors and overseeing maintenance to completion.
• Excellent organisational skills with prioritisation ability.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Competent IT skills for records and facilities systems.
• Relevant qualification in facilities management or related discipline.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of compliance and statutory maintenance for commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services meet agreed service levels and respond to site needs.
• Promote a positive safety culture and enforce safe systems of work.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance reliability, efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of health and safety practices, including risk assessment and safe working procedures.
• Experience managing contractors and overseeing maintenance activities to completion.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands.
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Competent IT skills for maintaining records and using facilities systems (e.g., maintenance logs and reporting tools).
• Relevant qualification in facilities management, building services, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Relevant certifications in health and safety (for example, IOSH or NEBOSH) are desirable.
• Working knowledge of compliance and statutory maintenance requirements for commercial sites.
