Key Responsibilities:

• Facilities Operations: Support daily site operations, including building maintenance, cleaning standards, and general repairs.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate external contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
• Mandarin Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding facilities updates, requirements, and site issues.
• Health & Safety: Support compliance with UK health and safety regulations through regular inspections, risk assessments, and accurate documentation.
• Multi-Site Support: Travel between sites as required to oversee projects, coordinate maintenance, and address urgent facilities issues.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and contractor performance reports, providing regular updates to the HR & Administration Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar operational role.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• A full, valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites.
