Job summary

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience are essential. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is required, and fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Assistant Accounts Manager(m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management report and financial statements
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate postings
• Review and process journal entries, accruals, and provisions
• Perform bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Manage and maintain the lease commitment schedule, lease agreements/renewals
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Handle bank queries and KYC matters
• Foreign exchange related transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Professional accounting qualification or part qualified as AACA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to speak both English and Mandarin would be helpful
