Cainiao Group in the UK is seeking an Asset & Facility Lifecycle Coordinator to oversee the operation, maintenance, safety, and disposal of assets across our UK warehouses. You will ensure operational stability and regulatory compliance.

You will build a local vendor pool for facilities, engineering, and services, manage RFQs and contracts, and support openings and closures of warehouses while coordinating with operations and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in asset management, facility maintenance, or procurement.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) is mandatory.

Description du poste

• Asset & Facility Lifecycle Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities and equipment across UK warehouses. Manage the full asset lifecycle from intake to disposal, ensuring operational stability and risk mitigation.
• Vendor & Cost Management: Build and manage a local vendor pool for facilities, engineering, and services. Handle vendor sourcing, performance evaluation, and lifecycle management. Develop cost models to optimize procurement decisions and control operational expenses.
• Project Support (Openings & Closures): Coordinate resources for new warehouse openings (site surveys, setup, handover) and closure projects (asset transfer, vendor exit, site reinstatement). Ensure seamless collaboration with operations, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Procurement & Compliance: Assist in procurement processes including demand analysis, RFQs, and contract execution. Manage expense verification and payment compliance. Ensure all facilities and assets meet UK local regulatory standards and safety requirements, handling audits and rectifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, facility maintenance, or procurement. Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. You will act as a key bridge between local UK teams and headquarters.
