Job summary

Cainiao Group in the UK is seeking an Asset & Facility Lifecycle Coordinator to oversee the operation, maintenance, safety, and disposal of assets across our UK warehouses. You will ensure operational stability and regulatory compliance.

You will build a local vendor pool for facilities, engineering, and services, manage RFQs and contracts, and support openings and closures of warehouses while coordinating with operations and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in asset management, facility maintenance, or procurement.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset lifecycle from intake to disposal and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage facilities operations, maintenance, and safety across UK warehouses.
• Build and manage a local vendor pool for facilities, engineering and services.
• Support procurement processes including RFQs and contract execution; ensure compliance.
