Job summary

ABM is seeking a site-based supervisor to efficiently manage daily operations at the AmazonSTN6 site in Northampton. You will liaise with the on-site RMETeam to ensure excellent service delivery to the customer and support engineers and specialists in their day-to-day tasks.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency with CAFM systems, and experience in facilities/maintenance environments. On-site work and a commitment to Health & Safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail in document preparation, tracking, and record-keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience working with CAFM systems (e.g. IBMS) and digital filing systems (e.g. DMS).
• Capable of liaising with suppliers, contractors, and clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to support high-profile customer environments.
• Liaise with on-site Amazon RMETeam to deliver service excellence.
• Raising quotations and submitting to customers.
• Assist with compiling monthly reports.
• Support engineers and specialists and supervise them.
• Maintain site logbooks and ensure accuracy.
• Handle a range of M&E emergencies and safety considerations.
• Ensure knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace.
