Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance of a prestigious commercial property near Soho, London. The role is hands-on, overseeing building services, contractor activity, compliance and client relationships to ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong building services background, relevant qualifications, and experience managing contractors, RAMS and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Supervisor or engineering supervisor experience.
• Strong building services maintenance background.
• Experience managing contractors and compliance processes.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main on-site contact for the client, tenants and contractors.
• Complete and oversee PPMs, reactive maintenance and building inspections.
• Manage specialist contractors, including RAMS review, permits and quality control.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including fire safety and water hygiene requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, logbooks and compliance documentation.
• Escalate critical incidents and support operational reporting.
• Assist with monthly reports, audits and energy management initiatives.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across plant rooms and service areas.
• Supervise site activities and act as the first point of escalation when required.
