Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee operations across the stadium and training ground in Brighton and Lancing. This role requires managing 24/7 facilities in a high-stakes environment, ensuring impeccable standards for players and staff and leading a large, high-performance team.

The role offers a permanent contract with a salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum, full-time 35 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, based at the club’s sites.

• Maintain our facilities to a world-class level, ensuring an impeccable environment for players, staff, and visitors.

• Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.

• Drive efficiency across both the stadium and training ground, ensuring all maintenance and cleaning standards exceed expectations.

• Champion a proactive safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
