Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is recruiting a Facilities Supervisor to lead the upkeep of our stadium and training facilities in Brighton. This full-time role requires 35 hours per week, includes evenings and weekends, and is based at the American Express Stadium and Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.

You will drive a culture of high performance, supervise large teams, ensure safety and COSHH compliance, and deliver world-class standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities for large sites.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.
