Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee operations across our stadium and training ground in Brighton and Lancing. The role requires leading a large team to maintain world-class facilities and drive safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced sport environment.

This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum and includes evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain our facilities to a world-class level, ensuring an impeccable environment for players, staff, and visitors.
• Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.
• Drive efficiency across both the stadium and training ground, ensuring all maintenance and cleaning standards exceed expectations.
• Champion a proactive safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
