Job summary

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services (Compass Group UK&I) is seeking a part-time Customer Services Assistant Fm to support defence operations. The role is contracted to 32.5 hours per week across 49.2 weeks per year and involves maintenance tasks, contractor coordination, and site welfare responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, communicative, and reliable, with a proactive approach to customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the exterior of the site is clean, tidy and in good repair.
• Assist facilities team with contractor sign-in and compliance with site policies.
• Open and/or close the building as required.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
