Job summary

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is hiring a Customer Services Assistant to join a busy team delivering great service in a Defence catering setting. The role is full-time, contracted to 37 hours per week, with a requirement to work across 50.2 weeks per year.

You will contribute to a friendly team, delivering quality food and service in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare food, create displays, handle cash, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while representing Defence

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or similar role preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.

• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
