Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to join our Defence catering team in a fast-paced environment. The role is part-time, contracted to 11 hours per week, and part of the ESS Defence, Government and Energy services sector.

You will help deliver excellent customer experiences, handle cash, and maintain a welcoming service at client sites. The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, a passion for service, and reliability, with experience in catering or similar roles

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering-related role is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service orientation is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and busy environments.
• Reliable with strong timekeeping and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food for clients and customers.
