Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant on a part-time basis (10 hours per week) to help ensure the smooth running of site operations in Defence.

You will perform minor repairs, maintain the exterior, assist with contractor sign-in/out and site policies, and help open and close the building when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar facilities role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is clean, tidy and in reasonable repair
• Assisting the facilities team with the control of contractor's process, including sign-in/sign-out and adherence to site policies
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the building where required
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
