Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a proactive Facilities Services Manager to oversee two corporate sites in Manchester and Liverpool. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and drive safe, high-quality workplace services.

The role requires coordinating teams across catering, cleaning and hospitality with regular travel between locations. Starting October 2026, you’ll report to the Regional Facilities Services Manager and strive to exceed client expectations while building strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Facilities Management or Workplace Services.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across cleaning, catering, hospitality or workplace services.
• Travel regularly between Manchester and Liverpool for site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of facilities management across Manchester and Liverpool.
• Develop and mentor Catering Lead, Cleaning Supervisor and Liverpool Coordinator.
• Ensure services exceed KPIs and contractual standards.
• Act as primary client contact and build stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and performance reviews.
• Manage service partners, contractors and suppliers.
• Promote Health & Safety culture and compliance with COSHH and risk assessments.
• Oversee budgets, labour, materials and supplier costs.
• Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead service recovery and business continuity when required.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardize customer experience.
