• Manage facilities requests, track actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and landlords, obtaining quotations and coordinating works.
• Maintain facilities records, compliance documentation, and contractor information.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Supervisor to join an amazing business on a permanent basis in South Manchester.

This hands‑on Facilities Supervisor role is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities across a handful of Manchester sites - a full, clean driving license is required. You'll manage a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards are maintained across all sites, as well as coordinate maintenance activities, facilities requests and external contractors.

Experience as a Facilities Supervisor or within facilities management is essential; in particular, experience managing cleaning teams and external contractors. We're looking for someone with a good work ethic who is proactive, organised and ambitious; there is opportunity for you to grow your role over time.
