Job summary

Island of Jersey is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the consistent delivery of high-quality FM services across our customer portfolio. The role sits at the centre of day-to-day service delivery, working with Cleaning and Engineering Managers, operational teams and approved contractors to plan, coordinate and administer planned and reactive works.

The coordinator ensures that activities are effectively planned, resourced and communicated to meet contractual SLA and KPI
