Complete Facilities is hiring a Facilities Services Operative to support our team across Jersey sites. You’ll handle a mix of specialist tasks from deep cleaning to floor-care and window cleaning.

This role runs 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, and requires a full driving licence. You’ll work proactively across customer sites, stepping in where needed to complete a range of sometimes unusual jobs. No two days are the same, offering variety beyond typical cleaning roles.

• Carrying out deep cleaning or operating specialist floor-cleaning equipment.
• Window cleaning and gutter clearance.
• Waste removal and confidential shredding support.
